Sunday March 28 Sunday Service, followed by
    Palm Sunday "brunch" -- cinnamon rolls (and whatever else quick
   and easy to eat that shows up) -- after the service.

Elijah T, age 5, (nephew of Malea), newly diagnosed and chemotherapy started for leukemia this week;
   Carlos & Danelle (Putnam, missionary); Carlos was flown out of Dominican Republic to Florida after a heart attack Monday;
   Brenna M., preparing to move to Kona to begin a new teachine ministry with
   Evie E., resting at home;  Gordon E. and Mary C., at Brookdale-Hearthstone;
Hank B. (local author), moved to rehab (Portland); that his lungs fully recover from covid;
Don & Lori, Tom and family (friends of Kris E.), at the sudden and unexpected death of son/grandson Richard;
Judy R,  (Charlene's daughter), neck & spinal disk issues; Jennifer, (Charlene's daughter), eye pressure issues;
    Jake, (Charlene's grandson), heart rhythm issues have returned, repeat surgery or even transplant may be needed;

  Those who may be struggling with depression or loneliness during this extended isolation;

Jackie L. (wife of Stan's friend Mark --Basin Propane), needing a miracle after stage 4 liver cancer diagnosis;

      Aliyah  (Ila's 3-yr old niece) and Bill, (brother of John Schafer), both withy glioblastoma brain cancer.        
   Those who mourn the loss of loved ones;

    Friends and family members who struggle with addictions of various kinds,
    Active military & law enforcement, & fire fighters & their families: for safety and peace in the line of duty:

Lenten Holden Evening Prayer Service, March 24 -- 7:00 PM -- The Day of Atonemement.  Come and hear!
  PALM SUNDAY -- March 28, 9:00 AM, little brunch following. 
Palms can be picked up in the parking lot on Saturday morning (3/27, 9:30 - 11 AM) if you aren't yet attending in person, so you can have them for Sunday's service.   Or hang them as a celebratory display on your front door (alone or with other greenery).        
   MAUNDY THURSDAY -- April 1, 7:00 PM -- with the Lord's Supper
  GOOD FRIDAY -- April 2, 7:00 PM
   EASTER SUNDAY -- April 4, 9 AM -- Phase 3 at 50% after March 22, so there will be space for everyone who wants to be there.

PALM SUNDAY BRUNCH -- Next Sunday, March 28, following the service.  We will have an abbreviated brunch rather than the entire traditional production from our past (Just wait until next year!!)   Cinnamon rolls or other similar fare, and beverages are the plan.  If you can/would like to bring something to share, make a note on the list on the entry table, or contact Debbie.

Covid Times
**Need help scheduling a vaccine appointment? If you qualify for and want the vaccine but haven't been able to navigate the online hoops to make an appointment, please let us know --  we can connect you with someone who is more internet-savvy that has offered to help!   Options include the one-dose Johnson & Johnson, available at Ephrata Walmart (, among other sites.
**Too Young to qualify? -- but are anxious to get one asap?  Grant County Health Department is taking applications (age 18+) for medical and non-medical volunteers to work at a vaccine event.  Shifts are generally 4.5 hours, but you can go up to 10 or 12 hours.  Volunteers will receive a certificate of eligibility for a vaccine. Apply online at Grant County Health.

Welcome, little one!
Luna Mary, new daughter of Annalise and Jake Courtr-ght, arrived the evening of March 16, weighing in at 7 lbs, 11 oz.  After 4 grandsons, she is the first granddaughter for Iver and Laurie, and another great -grand for Grethe!  Contratulations to all, and Welcome, little Luna!
